Dr. Baugh has
published several papers in peer reviewed medical journals and
has spoken at several medical meetings. As President of
HIC, she is responsible for clinical development processes
for use in each HIC facility. She oversees the design and
implementation of clinical guidelines for each facility as well
as development of HIC & rsquo;s She obtained an MD from the University of Tennessee in Memphis and completed her post graduate internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the same institution.

Co-Founder and President of HIC, Dr. Baugh is the founder of
Nashville Internal Medicine Associates (NIMA) and NIMA Spa, USA.
She is also a Co-Founder of EchoDoctors of America LLC.
Dr. Baugh previously served on the faculty of the
Department of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical School
in the USA and also as Medical Director of PHV at
Vanderbilt University College of Medicine, for four years prior
to founding NIMA and NIMA Spa. NIMA has become one of the
fastest growing medical practices in Tennessee and employs a
multi-specialty group of physicians. Dr. Baugh is an expert in
preventive medicine and cardiac risk management.
